About
A steady presence for the hard and tender work
Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is everything. Here's a little about who I am and how I hold space, so you can get a feel for me before we ever talk.

Licensed psychotherapist · she/her · trained in EMDR
Hi, I'm so glad you're here
Reaching out for therapy — even just reading a page like this one — takes real courage. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know it makes sense that you're looking for support, and there's nothing wrong with you for needing it.
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in trauma and its long echoes: the anxiety that won't switch off, the memories that still feel present, the sense of being disconnected from yourself or the people you love. So much of my work is helping people feel safe in their own bodies and lives again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I'm trained in EMDR and draw on somatic (body-based) therapy, parts work, and attachment-focused approaches — but more than any method, I care about the relationship between us. Research consistently shows it's that connection, more than any single technique, that helps people heal. So I take building it seriously.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a firm believer in rest, good books, time in nature, and the quiet, ordinary moments that put us back together. I'd be honored to walk alongside you for a while.
— with warmth
What you can expect from me
How I show up in the room
Warmth over clinical distance
You'll be met as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Real, human, and without judgment.
Safety first, always
We build enough trust that the deeper work becomes possible — and never move faster than feels okay.
You lead the way
You're the expert on your life. I bring the map and the tools; you decide where we go.
Growth at your pace
Healing isn't linear. We'll celebrate the small wins and give the hard days room to breathe.
A note on confidentiality
What you share with me is confidential. The things you bring into our sessions stay between us — I won't share your information with anyone without your written permission.
There are a few exceptions the law requires me to tell you about up front: if there's a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if I learn of abuse or neglect of a child, an elder, or a dependent adult. Outside of those rare situations, this is your private space to be fully honest.
If any of those situations ever came up, I would talk it through with you first whenever possible. You'll never be blindsided.
Curious whether we'd be a good fit?
The best way to find out is a no-pressure conversation. I usually reply within one business day.
